My background is in financial services technology. I build systems for insurers, pension funds and wealth managers, often on build-operate-transfer terms. In that work, the difference between what a system displays and what it can substantiate has consequences. Knowing the source, the limits and the chain of evidence is part of doing the job well.
That discipline shapes everything you find here. Public records, filings, registers and legal documents become something you can work with: a route to the source, a set of checks you can perform and a clearer understanding of what you can conclude.
